  1. I've been subscribed for over 2 weeks but still cannot make a comment, is this fixable?

    1. Hello, you may have been "hidden" (banned) by a moderator. Please email us your YouTube URL (that's your YouTube about/channel page, everyone has one), we will check our channel's list of hidden accounts. There are many accounts on this list, most of them are spam bots. Spam is also the only reason for the subscriber-only mode on our chat, before that we were flooded. Have a great day :)

  2. The feeder has been emptied of seed by the raccoons - can someone fill it up for Hana ASAP so that she doesn't go looking for food further away and risk getting hurt??

    1. No worries. We are usually waiting for them to clean the last seeds from the feeders before cleaning and refilling them all. Helps keep their food fresh.

  4. On the new place of the kids and mma (Hanna) two sharp screws. They are on video. This is worrisome: animals can get hurt

  5. I have tried to message you but its not sending, the middle camera on nest box 6 is playing a loop of earlier activity.

  6. The kids do a lot of "mouthing" with Hana's mouth. Do you think they are attracted to the scent of what Hana has been eating, or could Hana have chewed up solid food in her mouth which is then passed on to the kids as a way of transitioning to solid foods ? Thanks.

  7. Your moderators need training. When trouble arises you should be able to accept and implement ideas to prevent such trouble.. not ban them from ur stream.

  8. And now u delete messages that again say truth because they are pointing out what needs to be changed. Nice and ignorant. What a joke.

  9. Would it help to keep raccoons out of the picnic area by enclosing it somehow and having squirrel-sized tunnels for access only available to squirrels? This would help discourage raccoons and might mean the squirrels feel safe enough to use their nest-boxes again :)
